Scooter Servicing in Singapore
We have been servicing scooters in Singapore for 15 years — more than 10,000 of them. Vespa, Yamaha, Honda, Aprilia, KYMCO, Lambretta, Royal Alloy, Zontes and Italjet, at our workshop in Jalan Lam Huat. Prices below are nett, with labour included.
What a full service covers
The CVT does the work on a modern scooter, and it is where wear shows first. A full service covers the belt and variator rollers, engine oil and filter, and a full clean and re-grease of the transmission. On some models we also do spark plugs. Everything is fitted by us, using genuine parts — Malossi where the model calls for it, ENI 10W-40 for engine oil.
We disassemble and inspect every part rather than assume what has failed. A slipping belt is sometimes a slipping belt, and sometimes it is a worn variator or a clutch that has been cooked. You get told what we actually found.
If your scooter hesitates on pull-away, feels flat at speed, or you can hear the belt slipping, that is the CVT asking for attention.
Servicing prices by model
| Model | From |
|---|---|
| Yamaha Aerox & NMAX | S$72 |
| Honda ADV 150 & 160 | S$118 |
| Vespa Primavera, Sprint & LX150 | S$159 |
| Yamaha XMAX 300 | S$159 |
| Vespa GTS 300 | S$210 |
| Italjet Dragster 200 | S$245 |
| Aprilia SR GT 200 | S$280 |
| Italjet Dragster 300 | S$280 |
| KYMCO Downtown 200i | S$280 |
| Lambretta V200 Special | S$280 |
| Royal Alloy & Scomadi 200 | S$280 |
| Zontes 368G | S$490 |
| Yamaha TMAX 560 | S$590 |
Prices differ by model because the parts do. A TMAX 560 takes a different belt, more oil and a bigger job than an Aerox.
Do not see your scooter? Message us — we work on more models than we list.
Why our prices are nett
Full servicing is quoted as one nett figure so you know what you are paying before you hand over the keys, instead of a parts quote with labour added afterwards. Anything beyond the full service — a part we find worn during inspection, an upgrade you are considering — we come back to you for the green light before we carry on. Nothing gets fitted that you have not agreed to.
How booking works
Book online and we will confirm your slot. Use ONLINE10 for 10% off online bookings. We take card, PayNow, Atome and GrabPay Later.
Turnaround
Diagnostics are done within a day. The repair itself runs from one day to about two weeks depending on what we find and what has to come in — a straightforward service goes back out quickly, an engine rebuild waiting on parts from Europe does not.
Lead time on booking
We work on a 14-day booking buffer. Some parts come in from Europe, and we would rather have them on the shelf before your scooter is on the bench than have you leave it with us waiting.
Parts that need the engine opened
Upgrades requiring the engine to be opened carry a S$600 workmanship fee on top of the part. We tell you before you commit, not after.
Upgrades while your scooter is open
The labour is already being done, so this is the cheapest moment to upgrade. Variator and clutch work, exhausts, suspension — we stock Malossi and carry the Variomatic & Belt range in depth, along with oils and maintenance parts. Ask when you book and we will have the parts ready.
Electronic controllers we supply are for off-road use.
