REGISTRATION

Submit an Italjet registration request to the Registration Department. Fill in every field exactly as it should appear on the log card, attach the supporting documents, and you'll get a reference number on submit.

2The bike

Copy the chassis and engine numbers exactly — a single wrong character stops the registration.

Retention must already be approved by LTA before we can register against it.

3Registered owner

Exactly as it goes on the log card. This is the name the Italjet warranty is entitled to.

Individuals only — leave blank for a company.

4Insurance

Cover must be in force before we register.

5End customer

Full name and handphone number, and that's it — that's all the warranty needs. If the bike is registered to the rider, tick the box and we'll carry it across.

We use this to reach the rider on a warranty claim.

We don't ask for the customer's NRIC or address — warranty entitlement follows the registered owner, so the name and a contact number are enough.

7Documents

Photo or PDF, up to 10MB each. A clear phone photo or your own company PDF is fine — we're not fussy about format, only that it's the right document. The TCOE certificate isn't needed; the TCOE number in section 2 covers it.

This form collects NRIC/UEN and personal contact details because LTA requires them to register a vehicle. Documents are stored privately and are visible only to the Scooter Narcotics registration team.
You'll get a reference number straight away.

Warranty terms & conditions

Download a copy for your records and hand one to the customer at delivery. The warranty is activated against the customer name and mobile number you submitted.
