Do this right now at the scene

  1. Get safe first

Check yourself and everyone else. Move out of traffic if the bike can roll. Hazards on, helmet off only when you're clear of the road.

  2. Photograph everything

All vehicles and number plates, the damage, the road and skid marks, and your injuries. Wide shots and close-ups — more is better. These photos win claims.

  3. Exchange particulars

Name, NRIC, phone number, address and insurer of every driver involved, plus vehicle numbers. If the other party won't cooperate, at minimum get their number plate — that's enough to proceed.

  4. Don't settle at the roadside

Don't admit fault, sign anything, or take a cash deal. Even with a private settlement you're still required to report the accident to your insurer — and roadside deals have a way of falling apart later.

  5. WhatsApp us

Send us your location. We'll get your bike towed to the workshop and take over from there — WhatsApp 8687 8551.

  6. Report to your insurer — fast

Under the GIA Motor Claims Framework your insurer must be notified by the end of the next working day, even if you don't intend to claim. Skip it and you risk your claim and your NCD. We help you get this done properly.

⚠ When you must also make a police report

A Traffic Police report is required (do it as soon as possible — via SPF e-services with Singpass) when the accident involves any of the following:

  • Anyone injured — taken to hospital by ambulance, or given 3 or more days of MC
  • A fatality
  • Damage to government property (lamp post, railing, road sign…)
  • A foreign-registered vehicle
  • A pedestrian or cyclist
  • Hit-and-run — the other party left the scene

Not sure if yours qualifies? Send us the details on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away.

What we handle for you

🚛 Tow-in

We arrange towing of your scooter or motorcycle to our workshop at Jalan Lam Huat.

📄 Accident reporting

We guide you through the GIA accident report and insurer notification so nothing is filed late or wrongly.

🔍 Joint survey

Our surveyor and the insurer's surveyor inspect the bike together — before dismantling, after dismantling, and after repair.

⚖️ Third-party & injury claims

Not your fault? We work with an established law firm to claim repair costs, and injury claims where applicable, from the other party's insurer.

📸 Fully documented

Every checkpoint is photographed and compiled into a complete claim report your insurer and lawyer can rely on.

🔧 Repair & hand-back

We repair with the parts your bike needs, invoice the insurer directly where applicable, and hand your bike back ready to ride.

Upload your documents from your phone

Once your bike is checked in, you get access to our online claim portal — upload your GIA report, police report, log card, licence, MC and damage photos anytime, and download your own claim summary. No chasing paperwork over WhatsApp.

Common questions

Can I choose my own workshop, or must I use my insurer's?
If you're claiming against the other party's insurer (a third-party claim), you can generally choose your own workshop — including us. If you're claiming under your own policy, it depends on your policy terms; some require authorised workshops. Send us your policy details and we'll tell you exactly where you stand before anything is dismantled.
Will I lose my No-Claim Discount (NCD)?
Reporting an accident by itself doesn't cost you your NCD — but failing to report can. If the claim is made against the other party's insurer and you're not at fault, your NCD is generally protected. We'll walk you through it before any claim is filed.
The other rider won't give me their details. What now?
Get their number plate — that alone is enough to identify their insurer and proceed. Photos of their vehicle help too. If they fled the scene, that's a hit-and-run: make a police report and contact us.
How fast do I need to act?
Your insurer must be notified by the end of the next working day after the accident — that's the GIA Motor Claims Framework rule. The sooner your bike is with us, the sooner the survey happens and the claim moves. WhatsApp us the same day if you can.
What documents will I need?
Typically: the GIA accident report, Traffic Police report (if applicable), your vehicle log card, driving licence, medical certificates for injury claims, and photos of the damage. You can upload all of these through our claim portal as you get them — no need to have everything on day one.
What does it cost me?
For a third-party claim where you're not at fault, repair costs are claimed from the other party's insurer. For own-damage claims, your policy terms (and excess) apply. We'll give you a straight answer on costs after the initial survey — before any work starts.
