TERMS
Every new Italjet we sell is factory-backed, and warranty work happens in our own workshop — not shipped off to a third party. These five terms are the deal, in plain language. The same terms appear on the claim form; this page is the policy on record.
Approval, not automatic
All warranty claims are subject to approval by Scooter Narcotics and Italjet. Submitting a claim does not guarantee acceptance.
Coverage rides on servicing with us
Warranty coverage requires that your bike has been serviced at Scooter Narcotics since the time of purchase, following the recommended service schedule.
Accuracy matters
Incomplete or inaccurate declarations — including failure to declare servicing, repairs or modifications done elsewhere — may result in rejection of the claim and termination of your warranty in its entirety.
Fairness runs both ways
We work to be fast and transparent with every claim — and we expect the same honesty from you when you declare the facts. If your Italjet has been serviced or repaired elsewhere and we're left to put right someone else's work, know what that normally means: in most distributorships the entire warranty is void. Italjet and Scooter Narcotics instead review these situations case by case — support here is goodwill, not an entitlement.
How you deal with us matters
Extend us patience and honesty and we'll do everything we can to help you. Dishonesty or disrespect towards our team, and we reserve the right to decline warranty support entirely.

Tell us what happened, attach photos, and we'll take it from there — assessment and warranty work happen in-house at our workshop.
