Shipping policy
Effective 15 October 2026. These terms apply to new orders from this date. Earlier purchases keep the terms agreed when ordered.
Shipping, sourcing and collection
We sell parts held locally and parts sourced from manufacturers or suppliers after payment. A listing or an Add to cart button does not, by itself, promise that the item is in our Singapore warehouse. Items identified as Special order are paid orders awaiting supplier supply.
Processing and supplier lead times
Allow an estimated 3–10 business days for normal order processing after payment is confirmed. This is handling time, not a guarantee of delivery. Special orders, factory production, supplier backorders, holidays or additional checks can take longer. Business days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.
We check supplier availability and communicate the expected lead time using the contact details on your order. If supply is expected to take more than two weeks, or an agreed estimate changes materially, we will ask you to accept the revised timing or choose a refund before a new non-cancellable supplier commitment. We do not treat a missing reply as consent. If we cannot source your item, the unfulfilled item and attributable delivery charges are refunded in full.
Delivery options and charges
Available destinations, delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout or in an agreed quotation. Courier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from sourcing and processing. We do not promise a dispatch date until it has been confirmed for your order.
For bulky items or a genuine shipping calculation error, we will explain any proposed additional charge before dispatch. You may accept it or cancel the affected unfulfilled item for a full refund. We will not debit an additional amount without your agreement. Mixed orders may ship together; ask us about separately quoted split delivery.
International orders
Destination import duties, local import taxes and courier clearance charges are payable by the recipient unless checkout or your quotation expressly includes them. These are separate from Singapore taxes shown on your order. Confirm that the goods can legally be imported and used at your destination. Customs inspections can affect delivery estimates.
Tracking, collection and delivery problems
Tracking is provided when a tracked parcel is dispatched. If collection is offered and selected, wait for our ready-to-collect message before visiting. Collection and installation appointments are separate arrangements.
Check your address and contact details before payment and tell us promptly about any error. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or marked delivered but not received. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law; dispatch does not remove our responsibility for resolving an order problem.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because of incorrect customer details, we will explain reasonable, documented redelivery or return costs. Any refund is assessed under the Returns and cancellation policy. Charges caused by our error are our responsibility.
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Singapore consumer rights for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Change-of-mind deadlines, fees and exclusions do not limit those rights.
