Effective 15 October 2026. These terms apply to new orders from this date. Earlier purchases keep the terms agreed when ordered.

Online store terms

This store is operated by Scooter Narcotics Pte Ltd in Singapore. These terms cover the use of our website and online parts orders, together with our Shipping policy, Returns and cancellation policy and Privacy policy. Separate written quotations and vehicle, rental, warranty or workshop agreements apply to those services where stated.

Orders and payment

Pay using a method offered at checkout. The checkout total and currency govern your order; catalogue prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless otherwise identified. Delivery, applicable taxes and any selected extras are shown before payment. Labour, tuning and installation are separate unless expressly included.

Standard catalogue parts can be purchased as paid special orders where labelled. We then check and source the specified item. An automated receipt acknowledges the order and payment; it is not a guarantee of immediate stock or a fixed delivery date. Supplier delays are handled under the Shipping policy, including the choice to accept a long or materially revised lead time or receive a refund before a new non-cancellable commitment.

If an item is unavailable or a material price or description error is discovered, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled item. We will not substitute a different SKU, charge extra or impose a revised order without your agreement. Fraud or payment checks may delay or prevent fulfilment; payments for orders we cannot accept will be returned as appropriate.

Choose the correct application

Use the manufacturer part number and exact application details. Model-family navigation and photographs are buying aids; dimensions, engine codes, emissions versions, year ranges and fitting conditions matter. Ask us before payment if any detail is unclear. Website availability does not establish road-use approval, homologation, insurance acceptance or compatibility with an already modified scooter.

Have safety-critical and performance components installed by a suitably qualified technician. Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable vehicle rules. Any machining, tuning, additional components or installation must be agreed separately. If we misdescribe or incorrectly recommend an item, the remedies in our Returns policy and applicable law remain available.

Customer accounts and website use

Accounts use email or supported social sign-in. Keep your contact details accurate and protect your access to the sign-in provider. Tell us about suspected unauthorised account use. Guest checkout may also be offered. Browser-saved garage details, saved parts and enquiry lists may remain local to your device and should not be assumed to synchronise with your account.

Do not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malicious code or interference with other customers. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent use while continuing to honour legitimate orders and legal obligations. Manufacturer names, images and technical references remain the property of their respective owners; links to an external source do not make that source part of our sales contract.

Changes and disputes

New prices or policy changes apply prospectively. They do not remove rights under an existing order or retrospectively impose a new fee. Contact us first with an order or service concern so we can work towards a resolution. Singapore law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Singapore consumer rights for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Change-of-mind deadlines, fees and exclusions do not limit those rights.
