Multivar 2000 Variator
A full sport variator kit — variator, rollers, contrast spring and spacer included. Engineered to optimise your Vespa's power delivery from a standstill to top speed, it sharpens throttle response and smooths out the entire power curve. Quicker take-offs, stronger mid-range, and a ride that feels alive the moment you twist the grip.
Maxi Delta System
Clutch and bell Ø134, built for performance. The Maxi Delta System bites harder and holds longer, transferring more of your engine's power to the road with less slip and heat. Engagement is crisp and predictable, giving you stronger drive off the line and more confident overtakes.
Ventilvar 2000 Half-Pulley
A fixed half-pulley Ø121 with an optimised, hardened belt surface. It extends the effective gearing range and works hand-in-hand with the variator to keep the belt running true under load — sustaining higher speeds with less effort and reducing wear over time.

The Nology Hot Wire stores energy from the ignition coil and releases it at the spark plug in a single intense burst — making ignition timing razor-precise and the spark significantly hotter. That short, powerful spark burns fuel more completely, meaning better cold starts, stronger power across the whole rev range, more torque, and cleaner exhaust. Supplied with a 90° spark plug resistor cap.
Torsion Spring 1500 RPM
The single best-value upgrade for your CVT. This Malossi contrast spring raises the clutch engagement point to 1500 RPM, holding the engine in its stronger power band before drive kicks in. The result is noticeably punchier take-off and better response — especially paired with a variator. A small part that makes a big difference, which is why we star it as a top pick.
SIP PERFORMANCE · MV167102
There's no point making more power if your transmission can't put it to the road. The SIP Torque Driver replaces the stock driven pulley with asymmetric, straight-angled slots that let the engine climb to a higher rev range faster while keeping torque delivery optimal. Stock pulleys use curved slots that create acceleration lag — this eliminates it, transmitting your engine's full performance to the rear wheel. Pairs perfectly with a variator upgrade.
Custom Paint Job
A complete transformation, done properly. Our custom paint service is a full respray in any colour you choose — including a full strip of beadings and fork, and engine disassembly so every panel is finished to a flawless standard. Standalone price is SGD 1,300, but it drops to just SGD 700 when bundled with SGD 1,000 or more of parts — our way of rewarding a full build. Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of jobs currently in the workshop. We will confirm your timeline when you book.
Ceramic Coating + 3-Stage Polish
Bring back that showroom shine. Our 3-stage machine polish removes up to 90% of hairline scratches and swirl marks, then we seal it with a genuine Chemical Guys ceramic coating for lasting gloss, deeper colour and easier cleaning.
