Multivar 2000 Variator
The heart of your transmission, re-engineered. The Multivar 2000 replaces the stock variator to unlock power your engine already makes but can't fully use. A wider gear-ratio spread keeps the motor in its sweet spot at every speed, so acceleration comes on harder and shifting stays smooth and linear — no flat spots, no hesitation. Tunable via rollers and spring to match your exact riding style.
Maxi Fly System
A complete clutch and bell upgrade in one. The reinforced clutch and dynamically balanced steel bell deliver sharper, more positive engagement off the line with far less slip. Adjustable engagement RPM lets you dial in exactly when the power bites, giving you stronger drive out of corners and more consistent performance under hard riding.
Nology Hot Wire HT Lead
Stronger spark, sharper ignition, cleaner combustion. The Nology Hot Wire stores energy from the ignition coil and releases it at the spark plug in a single intense burst — making ignition timing razor-precise and the spark significantly hotter. That short, powerful spark burns fuel more completely, meaning better cold starts, stronger power across the whole rev range, more torque, and cleaner exhaust. Supplied with a 90° spark plug resistor cap.
Ventilvar 2000 Half-Pulley
Fixed half-pulley Ø163 with an optimised, hardened belt surface. It extends the effective gearing range and works hand-in-hand with the variator to keep the belt running true under load — sustaining higher speeds with less effort and reducing wear over time.
