How much does scooter towing cost?
Our scooter recovery booking costs S$45, paid upfront at checkout. The service is island-wide with no distance surcharges. The scooter is collected and brought to our workshop at 60 Jalan Lam Huat #04-28, Singapore 737869.
The towing price is for recovery. Repairs, replacement parts and other workshop work are separate. If you need a different destination, or are arranging recovery for a motorcycle rather than a scooter, contact us to confirm suitability and price before payment.
When should you arrange a tow?
Common reasons include a scooter that will not start, a flat tyre, accident damage or a scooter that needs transport despite rolling normally. Describe the actual condition rather than guessing the cause. A no-start problem, for example, does not always mean the battery needs replacement.
If the bike cannot roll, steer or be accessed normally, say so in your notes. The driver needs this information to plan the pickup. Do not assume that a scooter which starts is safe to ride if it has tyre, brake, steering or accident damage.
What information goes into the booking?
- Your name and a working mobile number for calls and WhatsApp.
- The scooter's registration plate, make and model.
- The pickup address and postal code.
- The precise spot: carpark level, lot number, block or landmark.
- Your requested pickup time and the scooter's condition.
- Access restrictions or other details that could affect collection.
A postal code gets the driver to the building. A level, lot number and entrance description help them find the scooter itself. If you are in a basement, include the entrance location and any posted height limit.
What happens after checkout?
First, submit the booking and pay S$45 securely online. We confirm dispatch on WhatsApp. The driver calls the number you supplied while heading to your location. You can then check pickup progress through our bike-tracking page.
Dispatch operates 24 hours, but this is not a promise of a fixed arrival time. Confirm the pickup timing through WhatsApp, especially if access depends on a security officer, a locked gate or your availability.
Before handing over your scooter
