Connect workshop invoices to Xero
Current workshop policy: No GST charged. Staff can create and issue customer invoices before Xero is connected. This setup enables automatic syncing to Scooter Narcotics only.

Rotovici is excluded. The connection rejects any other organisation.
Xero connection complete
The job board will sync newly issued workshop invoices automatically. Check the job board for each invoice’s sync status.
Existing invoices are not automatically backfilled. Payment reconciliation remains in Xero.
Return to staff portal →1. Register the Xero app
In Xero’s Developer Centre, create an app named Scooter Narcotics Workshop Invoices.
- Grant type: Auth Code with PKCE (mobile/desktop).

PKCE does not use a client secret. Complete Xero’s terms and registration yourself. Paste only the app’s public Client ID below.
