At Scooter Narcotics every engine job starts with a proper 1-hour diagnostic and consult: compression, leak-down, spark, fuelling, cooling and a road test — then we tell you in plain language what's wrong, what it costs, and what can wait.
Symptoms we see every week
- Knocking, ticking or rattling from the engine
- Overheating or coolant loss
- Blue or white smoke, burning oil between services
- Hard starting, rough idle, flat spots under throttle
- Loss of power up slopes or two-up
- Vibration at speed (often engine mounts or CVT — we check both)
