The Rotobox SKY front-and-rear wheel set upgrades your Vespa from the original 12-inch wheels to 13 × 3-inch carbon fibre wheels. The complete set weighs just 2.85 kg, with over 1 kg of unsprung weight saved per wheel compared with the original wheels.
A lighter wheel set gives the suspension less mass to control. SKY combines a distinctive exposed-carbon finish with construction designed around lightness and stiffness, bringing a focused performance upgrade to your daily ride.
Carbon engineering by Rotobox
Developed by Slovenian carbon-wheel specialist Rotobox, SKY uses continuous, high-strength unidirectional carbon fibres in the spokes together with woven carbon fabric. The SKY brochure identifies resin transfer moulding, seamless lay-up and a three-component composite with a steel-reinforced rim edge among its construction features.
A 13-inch upgrade with the correct pickups
Rotobox describes SKY as a direct replacement for the original wheels, upgrading the standard 12-inch diameter to 13 inches. Modified ABS/traction-control pickup discs are included to account for the larger wheel diameter.
